SHIPPING ASSOCIATE - Los Angeles, CA

Shipping Associate

Our Shipping Associates are responsible for assisting with warehouse operations, pulling orders, loading and unloading trucks, shipping and receiving, moving, handling, inventory count, deliveries to customers and packing orders

                    • Ability to understand and follow instruction regarding work duties.
                    • Ability to discern numbers and information in order to sort packages correctly.
                    • Ability to locate product using technology and use basic tools and equipment such as dock carts, hand-held scanners and unloading devices.
                    • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer services skills; ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
                    • Must be able to retrieve orders according to quantity, size, etc.
                                  • Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment.
                    • Keep records of incoming and completed orders.
                    • Proven experience as a shipping clerk or other warehouse position.
                    • Able to read and write in English, Spanish is a plus
                    • Great attention to detail.
                    • Diligent and punctual.
                    • Good physical strength and stamina.
                    • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
                    • Experience operating a forklift.

FABRIC CUTTER/FABRIC SPREADER - Los Angeles, CA

Fabric Cutter/Fabric Spreader

Our Fabric Cutters & Spreaders are responsible for preparing our fabrics for clean cuts. This includes spreading fabric layers, removing and avoiding fabric damages before cutting.

      • Compare sample against marker, ensuring that it is the correct style to be cut
      • Inspect the spread sheet from the marker makers, ensuring that the quantity of spread matches the cutting ticket
      • Separate markers prior to spreading, as needed
      • Inspect fabric for damage while spreading, notifying management immediately
      • Verify fabric width against the marker
      • Upon job completion, placing the marker on top of the spread fabric along with the cut ticket
      • Warehouse experience, shipping, receiving, cutting, fabric.
      • Able to read and write, basic math skills required.
      • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
      • Forklift experience and certificate a plus.

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR - Los Angeles, CA

Quality Control Inspector

Our Quality Control Inspectors are responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the Customer Service Department.

 

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality Control
  • Must have strong knowledge of garment construction, quality standards, specs, measurements, sewing and various machines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must have the personality to enforce the company’s quality standards and expectation when dealing with factories, while at the same time maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid CA driver’s license and proof of insurance. Position requires driving throughout the day to various factories around LA.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
