35%

More Conscious

A portion of our total energy use at our California manufacturing facility now comes from renewable resources.

Ethical Sourcing

Our commitment is simple: to use the finest materials and fabric available. We repurpose the fabric scraps from our cutting room, transforming them into the stuffing for punch bags, bean bags, and various other home décor items and gifts. We work with our mills and partners to ensure they minimize environmental impact and are transparent with workplace conditions.

A Transparent Team

Over 70% of our management team consists of women and three-quarters of our employees are people from underrepresented populations. All our hourly workers are paid more than minimum wage, and most are paid above Los Angeles’ living wage threshold. We provide complete health benefits to all full-time employees, including our manufacturing team. Additionally, we promote healthy living year-round with on-going employee educational programs to improve nutrition, mental health, exercise, and support stress reduction.
